Dear fellow Palestine pilgrims, Friends of Wadi Foquin, fellow Christians,

The 2015 Friends of Wadi Foquin pilgrimage to Palestine and Israel leaves on Monday, April 13. There are five pilgrims this year: Fran Eldredge, Marge Elliott, Liza Schlosser, Nabil Wahbeh, and myself.

There will be a prayerful send-off for the group the previous day, Sunday, April 12, during services at Open Door United Methodist Church, 6226 Arlington Blvd., Richmond, CA 94805. Services begin at 10:00 and there are refreshments provided afterwards.

It would be a great sign of support to this year’s pilgrims if you could join the members of Open Door UMC and attend the ceremony on April 12. Every trip increases the community of connection between us and our friends in Wadi Foquin, as well as among ourselves.
